　I am doing work of the quality control by Kaimei copper elongation.

It is the work that it is very difficult each management method is different, and it comes to have good quality, and how it is for a stable process if I do it.

 

　I participated in the quality-related training several times and acquired a qualification called manager for JIS quality control and the QC official approval.

 

Become the knowledge in a head by studying the quality while obtain a qualification, in the shop floor,

 

When defectiveness occurred, I made use of the knowledge that I got in qualification and the training and worked on a solution to the problem.

 

　Never understand it; had a problem, and have started the solution more than half a year.

 

It was the problem that could not be solved with effort how either, but a word of the on-site worker was a chance to solve a problem.

 

It was said to be 3 existing principles well, but after all there was the hint in the spot.

 

I did inspection for hours and caught a tendency before there was a word of the worker, but a cause was not found.

 

Possibly I inspected it all the time if I did not hear word and might chase only a tendency of the defectiveness occurrence.

 

　You could do some work now, and work called the quality control became fun.

 

If anything, it becomes the department of the shade, but because we play an active part, defectiveness in the company decreases, and the objections of the customer decrease.

 

I thereby think that I have you say that it has good our product quality, and customer satisfaction goes up.

 

Quality control is great work, but will do my best from now on.
