There was worth of the study, and parts as I imagined it were completed this time. It was the moment when joy came in a heart.

 

　Then three years passed and had a chance to design the whole machine by oneself at last.

 

It is a machine said to be a stretcher pulling a product of the brass.

 

There were two stretchers, but it might be said that somewhere broke down 1 times in three months and was not usable at that time.　　　　　

 

Therefore with the calculation that I may pull by all means if it is our product, and I look for the biggest shape and am beyond a proof stress,

 

The power that took a safety factor, and was decided was 100 tons. I named "100 tons of stretchers" and have begun to write a design.

 

　At first I draw a general view and I draw a detached view, but when I describe a drawing and push it forward, parts and parts hit and do not enter at there and,

 

Because I still went in a freehand drawing in those days when it became the detached view which I could not process,

 

I completed it while creating a general view and dozens of times of detached views, and changing it.

 

　And I take insistence on better work from a processing person this time when I go to a processing person with a completed drawing,

 

The place that dimensions pass through can process it, but it costs an expense too much, of the drawing describe it, and is said to be it by rectification, and approximately two times go,

 

I came to be able to have you process it. I ask for processing, and parts are completed four months later,

 

I assembled it by oneself and completed a machine.

 

　And I can pull it well when at first I pull the small product of the cross section as test operation,

 

After pulling the big product of the cross section although I was pleased, a zipper part catching a product is transformed,

 

I could not grind a zipper well and did it.

 

I remodel the transformed part and cancel a bolt and doubleness of the welding from bolting and attach a jig not to be transformed,

 

I completed the machine which could pull a big product somehow.

 

20 years pass and feel that I still look at the machine playing an active part regularly delightfully at all since then.
