And we had a march in the middle stage of training by night.

 

　It was a march by night to have been the most serious. It was the time that was cold in the middle of January that I went to the manager training school.

 

Eight one group was divided and marched. It rains on the way and still remembers that it was very cold.

 

Passing through a checkpoint, I walked with all the members.

 

There was the person who was older than me and called out to each other together and I encouraged each other and advanced to the person that a sole, a knee came to have a pain.

 

It was really good to have been able to make a goal with all the members.

 

　If anything, it is hard for me to memorize it. There was a problem approximately ten items, but half or more were learning by heart things.

 

At the time of examination of the problem, I was not able to readily pass it. Other members passed it and got impatient.

 

I opened the notebook in break time and studied and was over for several days.

 

At last when I was able to pass examination, there was the sense of accomplishment that there was not so far.

 

　It remains in the memory that it was tough, but feels that it benefited me.

 

I want to work hard to be able to make use of this in future duties.
