I feel that I came to often settle greetings of the New Year with emails year by year,

Well, I introduce the episode of the Quality Control Section employee today!
 
 
 
 
 I enter Kaimei copper elongation, and approximately 36 years pass.
 
The company history was nearly 36 years, but did various work so far in each section.
 
 It was called engineering works, but is work to make the production schedule of the factory, and to ship a product in those days.
 
Our company becomes the factory doing copper elongation product and pushing out called the aluminum shape.
 
The copper elongation product pushes the usually different complicated shapes called the heteromorphic stick.
 
This receives an evaluation to pushing out and the person in the same profession of the special technique not to have in the other companies.

 In addition, the aluminum shape becomes the materials used for sashes.
 
I push you out of the customer using a shape and the pushing out technology that took an order and finish it as a product.
 
It was my work that I made the production schedule of these products, and shipped.

 But it becomes the degree for 2 through 3 to have done the work called these engineering works.
 
The longest department is sales department. It became the window of the customer and performed route business.
 
In addition, as well as route business, I made a deal with the new customers by the introduction from a customer and I visited it newly and was doing the walk-in sales.

 The new business was difficult, and the new customer reclamation was not readily easy.
 
At last that the product which shipped to the customer who got an order for the first time becomes the objection and goes to apologize to a customer; the thing is ..., too
 
There is the non-conformity of the product as far as it is manufacturing industry, but, as for "the objection, there are ... and a serious bitter memory the order that at last I got".

 And they change completely, and the present workplace is a Quality Control Section.
 
When it was sales people, I thought, "a factory, the quality control are doing what" when an objection occurred, but am in the Quality Control Section now in those days.

It is a role that I discover a delinquent and prevent an outflow outside the company this time.
 
My failure will trouble a customer and sales people.
 
Using various inspection appliances, I inspect the aluminum shape.

 I work with feeling of strain every day to become the department where one failure leads to an objection.
 
Experience by the business ascertains the quality of product based on the correspondence of the past objection for 30 years.
 
I think that I can keep the knowledge that was just provided by business experience if I think alive in the present workplace.
