Work was fun, and I thought that I became able to think like a matter of course carefully.

 

Myself, the one which I was able to feel are nice by the change of the feeling.

 

　In addition, some study sessions are held to grow up by oneself.

 

There are machine, electric study session, production study session, KYB study session, strategic study session, JBM study session.

 

There are three extruders, again many facilities by aluminum, copper elongation in the machine study session; maintenance in particular and repair,

 

When I am improved, for necessary knowledge, there are a machine, an electric study session.

 

I took a lecture, and I repaired it on the site, and a study session was actually useful when I was able to be improved.

 

　Furthermore, the strategy that fixed its eyes on a point for several years, knowledge to produce it,

 

I learned reduction in cost plan and the knowledge that I could suggest, the organization administration of the company.

 

I was able to realize growth by performing five study sessions.

 

It is hard to participate in a study session, but is glad of there being an opportunity to learn even if it meets the mid-40s.

 

I was glad by participating in a study session when I was able to make use of the knowledge that I got there in repair, improvement.

 

　In addition, in the study sessions such as organization administration or the reduction of company, a lot of words to hear for the first time keenly realized lack of knowledge of my own.
