I continue turning PDCA cycle!

Unfortunately I go all well! That is because it is a dreamlike story, and there is many failure, too.
However, I feel that it is important for next to connect with next again without making such a failure mere failure.

I take responsibility for our taking a casting process of the Kaimei copper elongation as I spoke it in the beginning,
It is a role to provide better quality for the next process.

And therefore I make a plan at a meeting and I practice it on the site and evaluate it at a meeting and improve it again,
