5S improvement activity of the drill depot

It's been a long time! It is kamechi!I came to gradually feel spring weather warmly in the daytime!

I introduce the improvement of the die section manager today☆
We perform copper elongation and pushing out of the aluminum with an extruded material maker.
In a die section producing a die to use for pushing out, I work.
I face various problems while I work every day. After all representative one is 5S of the workplace.
I spend days of the repetition of the try and error without being confused immediately even if I perform 5S improvement, and going well.
I performed many 5S improvement so far.
I was worried about the disorder of the chronic depot of the drill depot to use when I processed a die in that.
In addition, the drill which became too much short was left in the safety and might use it.
I do "clear statement" and change "how to put" and I press a worker for "attention" and do it and,
Can only beat own the brains; though beat the brains, only a similar idea came out.
Having been troubled with this improvement theme

The drill which became too much short is left.

I cannot determine whether it is in condition to be able to discard the drill which an inexperienced person came to have a too much short.
The above-mentioned thing was a big problem.
The idea that there was when I went to the park with own child on a holiday on such one day and seesawed flashed suddenly.

An idea became the form, but was continuation of the trial and error without after all going very well.
With the drill which became a certain shortness in particular, enter the disposal box automatically; had a hard time in balancing.
When I put a short drill and entered "a colon" and the disposal box, it was the moment when it was rewarded I was troubled so far, and to have suffered.
I was really glad so that a victory pose was given with nature.

I learned that I could challenge new improvement.
The education to a subordinate is waiting for the next as the section manager of die section.
At first I make use of this experience and "I let you do it and say and tell you it and do it" to a subordinate and sweat together,
When I said well, I am going to praise it with all one's might.
And I want to be pleased together.
For own growth in the future, I am going to continue believing that I can do it without giving it up.
