Well, I introduce the improvement episode of the aluminum pushing out employee today!
 
 
 
 
 
 I work in an extruded section of the aluminum and do the work called the operator in spite of extruded press.
 
The extruded press does the operation in the large press which is 1,650t and makes the product called the aluminum shape.
 
 I heat a die and set it to an extruded press and a billet of the aluminum heats a saying ingot and pushes you by pushing out press.
 
I push the form of various shapes.
 
From a small product of tanju, tanju digests it to a heavy product among them.
 
 There is the thing which must cut length with a certain product to 1,400mm in that.
 
The process does aluminum pushing out and is a stretcher, cutting, heat-treatment, temporary packing, precision cutting, packing and a very long process.
 
I thought whether you could not shorten the process all the time while always pushing the extruded press.
 
 I perform an improvement activity by the Kaimei copper elongation every month. About it, I considered how you could shorten the process with the staff of the extruded press this time.
 
If simple one cuts it in an extruded line and least does precision cutting of offline, I can greatly shorten process time.
 
Fortunately, in the cutting clearance, normal cutting is enough for precision because I am not required. I can cut it with the extruded cutting only to 1,500mm.
 
Therefore I proposed to be improved to cut it into all by extruded cutting.
 
The problem is a stopper. I do it how you can cut it into short pieces than 1,500mm if improved, but my improvement plan is to touch a stopper to the stopper.
 
I attached the stopper which had a long 100mm earlier of the stopper and gave a hit of 1,400mm.
 
 I made a new stopper using a scrap of the aluminum while getting the cooperation of all as I was good at welding or manufacturing.
 
I had not done the aluminum welding very much, and it was serious, but it was possible for a somehow work just as wanted without welding it well first.
 
A result, the thing which I took it to the exact cutting so far and cut at the other line did not need to do it.
 
The working hours of the post-process largely decreased, and, at temporary packing time, cutting time for exact cutting disappeared and was able to anticipate reduction in cost of about 1.1 million yen a year.
 
 I cooperated about this improvement together and made it.
 
After all I love to be improved while saying all of the staff about the improvement this and that.
