What kind of work do you do?
I am in charge of dissolution and casting. This process becomes the first step in our copper elongation section. Specifically, it dissolves raw materials such as copper or the Dalai powder and a company's scrap at about 1,000 degrees Celsius and pours the molten metal which melted into a model. I send a made ingot (billet) to the next extruding process in this way.
The on-the-job episode that I remembered?
I had the opportunity when a cost price study session participated before. The management was said to be Homo sapiens thing money, but I usually worked around the spot, and there were many opportunities to be concerned with Homo sapiens, a thing, but there was not many it at an opportunity to think about duties for money. This study session participated from thought by to think about own duties that I saw from the viewpoint of management, wanted to enlarge the new field of vision.
In this study session, I was able to learn about a method of importance and the efficiency of the cost control deeply. The approach for duties greatly changed by a study session participating and came to be able to have a general viewpoint for work. I remembered this experience very much, and it was the valuable opportunity when I got significant learning.

The aim on the current work and private?
It is my current aim that achieves the aim number of the own section. I am conscious of a strategy to achieve this aim. I just work at random and it is difficult to achieve an aim and, in that, is made a useless effort for oneself. I aim at the accomplishment being conscious of a strategy because it cannot happen.
How to spend holidays?
It often goes out on a holiday, and it is often found to spend time for a hobby.
