What kind of work do you do?
I am doing work of the business desk work in the office of the head office.
The main work of the business desk work is disposal of order forms which I received from a customer. I write in unit price at an order form and I input in a system in the company and accept an order. I send twice of noon and the evening, the FAX of the statement of delivery, and enclosure to mail a statement of delivery and analysis list, an inspection list works every day on the weekend.
In addition, I perform the issuance of bill and confirmation, the registration of the request for approval in the company, the inquiry correspondence of the homepage and editing, the update of SNS. A lot of telephone receptions heard the telephone correspondence from a customer in place of a sales representative of the place where one go to by the daily duties, too.
I am devoted every day to cope with the request of the customer and a question quickly and carefully, and to plan the smooth cooperation with the sales representative to support it sincerely.

The on-the-job episode that I remembered?
I have made a big mistake in the past. However, I was supported by many people in the company before the mistake troubled a customer and was able to let a situation converge. I promised in mind when I never did the same mistake from this experience and came to think about whether you could prevent a similar mistake if you improved duties how seriously.
In addition, I explored a method to give efficiency to as the note of the order form took time as an evaluated improvement example. As a result, I made the file which made full use of a function of Excel, and simplified work and was able to largely shorten note time. This approach is evaluated and is the important memory that there is not of still and still forgetting time when I had president Prize for the first time after entering a company.

For a specialist of the business desk work (aluminum, copper elongation), I am promoting automation of the order input!
I am aiming for becoming a specialist as business desk work in the field of aluminum, the copper elongation now. The knowledge is still light and may not answer immediately when it was asked, but aluminum and knowledge of the copper elongation are rich and are registered at us a lot. Therefore a study session in the company participates positively and wants to deepen knowledge.
When a trouble occurred, it is difficult to deal alone, and the people of the circumference help me. Therefore you increase knowledge about the field except own duties and want to become able to deal by oneself.
From March, 2024, DX in the company stimulates an approach for the automation of the order input as part of becoming it. Only 10% degree has been automated in the order of the aluminum yet, but is making an effort now while repeating trial and error to automate all.

How to spend holidays?
I fall into the live concert in Visual kei band after I enter civilization. When it is a lot, you may go to a live concert four times a month, and a neck might not turn around when you did a headband for the first time, but do you have a pain a little now? He/she drinks it and feels growth (laugh)
I go out to Article 4 to play with a friend on a day without a live and perform it to hair salon and waiting Eck and enjoy a nail at home. In addition, I may play a game of FPS and MOBA with a friend using a gaming PC all day as I love games on a day without a plan.
It often goes out, but it is the best holiday for me basically that I play a game in indoor group while talking with a friend in a house!
